Tickets out now for Malta Women’s National Team’s European Qualifier against Switzerland

The Malta Women’s National Team is set to commence its 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup Qualifying journey next month with two testing encounters.

The team, under the guidance of Coach Manuela Tesse, will be starting its campaign in Group B2 of the Women’s European Qualifiers, following their promotion to League B in the last edition of the UEFA Women’s Nations League. This represented the second time the feat has been reached under the leadership of Tesse.

In Group B2, Malta will be joined by Switzerland, Northern Ireland and Türkiye, as they seek to continue their upward trajectory.

Malta will first be taking on Türkiye on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at 15:00hrs CET at Pendik Stadyumu in Istanbul, as the team will be looking to get their campaign off to a strong start.

This will then be followed by another match, this time on home soil, as the team takes on Switzerland on Saturday 7th March 2026 at the Centenary Stadium in Ta’ Qali. The match will kick-off at 19:00hrs CET.
