Malta U21 Coach Mazzotta finalizes squad for Northern Ireland and Georgia Qualifiers

Malta Under-21 National Team Coach Davide Mazzotta has named a final 23-man squad for the upcoming UEFA U21 European Championship Qualifiers.

Malta takes on Northern Ireland away from home on Thursday 9th October, facing off at the Oval in Belfast. The match, which kicks off at 20:45hrs (CET), will be live on TVMi.mt

After that encounter, Malta will return to home ground to meet Georgia at the Centenary Stadium. The match will take place on Tuesday 14th October, with kick-off at 19:00hrs (CET). Tickets for the match are live and can be purchased from the Malta FA tickets portal. Additionally, the match will also be broadcast live on TVMSport+.

The team, led by Coach Mazzotta and the rest of the coaching staff, will be aiming to get their first points on the board in the two clashes following the opening day defeat against Greece.

The final call-up sees the introduction of Liam Frendo, Matthias Micallef, Kai Bartolo and Gabriel Vella to the squad, boosting Coach Mazzotta’s options for the two matches.
