2025/26 UEFA Competitions First and Second Qualifying Round Draws held

The draws for the First and Second Qualifying Round of the 2025/26 UEFA competitions were held on Tuesday 17th June and Wednesday 18th June respectively at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
First Qualifying Round Draws
Hamrun Spartans FC, champions of the 360Sports Malta Premier, took part in the UEFA Champions League draw.
In the First Qualifying Round, Hamrun have been drawn against Lithuanian side FK Žalgiris.

The two-legged ties will take place on 8/9th July and 15/16th July 2025. Exact match dates and kick-off times will be announced by UEFA by 20th June 2025.
In the UEFA Conference League, Floriana FC and Birkirkara FC were placed in the First Qualifying Round following their league performance during the season.

In the draw, Floriana were drawn against Welsh side Haverfordwest County AFC, while Birkirkara will meet Moldovan team FC Petrocub.
The two-legged ties will be held on 10th and 17th July 2025.

Similar to the UEFA Champions League matches, the UEFA Conference League matches’ dates and kick-off times will be announced by UEFA by 20th June 2025.
Second Qualifying Round Draws
The draws for the Second Qualifying Round of the UEFA Champions League took place on Wednesday, with Hamrun keeping an eye out for their potential opponents should they make it through their Lithuanian opponents.
The winner between Hamrun and FK Žalgiris will face Ukranian side FC Dynamo Kyiv. The matches will be played on 22/23rd and 29/30th July 2025. The losing team will drop to the UEFA Conference League, and will face the losing team between Shelbourne FC (IRL) and Linfield FC (NIR).
Hibernians FC, who have made it into the UEFA Conference League due to them winning the Meridianbet FA Trophy last season, will straight into the Second Qualifying Round.
Hibernians have been drawn against the winner between Spartak Trnava from Slovakia and Sweden's BK Häcken.
On the other hand, if Birkirkara manage to eliminate Petrocub, they will then face Sabah FC (AZE) or FK Celje (SVN). Should Floriana beat Haverfordwest, they will then take on FC Ballkani from Kosovo.
