The 2024/25 UEFA European Under-17 Championship Round 2 Draw Takes Place

The 2024/25 UEFA European Under-17 Championship Round 2 draws were also held today, marking the first draw under the new format. Malta, competing in League B, has been drawn into Group B5 alongside Luxembourg, Bulgaria, and the Faroe Islands.

This year, a total of 54 teams, including final tournament hosts Albania, began in Round 1, which determined the placement of 28 teams in League A and 26 teams in League B. The Round 2 groups will be played as one-venue mini-tournaments, with hosts to be finalized after the draw.

The scheduling for these mini-tournaments is as follows: the groups for League A and Albania's League B group will be completed by March 25, 2025, while the remaining League B groups will conclude by June 30, 2025.
