The Maltese national under-15 team, under guidance of coach Francesco Macri, have played two friendly matches in Montenegro. The first match resulted in a 3-1 defeat while today’s match, after a splendid first half, ended in a 5-1 win for the hosts. In April, Malta hosted Montenegro at Under-15 level at the Ta’ Qali training grounds and gladly accepted to invite to play another two games in Podgorica, adding some valuable experience for the boys.
