2024/25 UEFA European Women’s Youth Championships Round 2 Draw

This morning, UEFA hosted the draw for Round 2 of the 2024/25 European Women’s Youth Championships in Nyon, Switzerland. The draw revealed the opponents for the Malta Women’s National U-17 and U-19 selections, marking an important step in their qualification journey.

The Malta U-17 team has been placed in Group B2, where they will face Bulgaria, Luxembourg, and Azerbaijan. This mini-tournament is set to take place in March 2025, with Azerbaijan as the host nation.

In contrast, the Malta U-19 selection will be competing in Group B3, where they will take on Kosovo, Latvia, and Kazakhstan. Malta will become the proud host of this mini-tournament, with match dates scheduled for April 1st, 4th, and 7th of 2025. 

Both teams will be looking to make their mark on the international stage as they prepare for these challenging matches in the coming months.
