Referee Philip Farrugia to officiate UEFA Conference League Qualifier

Maltese official Philip Farrugia will take charge of a UEFA Conference League Third Qualifying Round match on Thursday.

FIFA Referee Philip Farrugia has been selected to officiate the UEFA Conference League Third Qualifying Round match between FK Partizan Beograd (SRB) and Hibernian FC (SCO). He will be assisted by FIFA Assistant Referees Duncan Sultana and James Muscat, with FIFA Referee Ishmael Barbara serving as Fourth Official.

VAR will be in use during the match, with Christopher Kavanagh (ENG) serving as Video Assistant Referee and Ian Hussin (ENG) as Assistant Video Assistant Referee.

The match will be held Thursday 7th August 2025 at the Partizan Stadium in Belgrade, Serbia, with kick-off at 21:00hrs (CE).
