Referee Matthew De Gabriele to officiate UEFA U21 EURO Championship Qualifier

Maltese official Matthew De Gabriele will take charge of a UEFA Under-21 EURO Championship Qualifying match between Montenegro and Sweden.

FIFA Referee Matthew De Gabriele has been selected to officiate the Group E match between Montenegro and Sweden, where he will be assisted by FIFA Assistant Referees Jurgen Spiteri and Mark Ciantar. Emanuel Grech will serve as Fourth Official.

The match will take place on Tuesday 9th September 2025, with kick-off at 20:00hrs. It will be played at the Podgorica City Stadium in Podgorica, Montenegro.
