Official Pre Match Family fan zone in Ta’ Qali

The Malta FA, in collaboration with Sound Salon and the South End Core, is once again organising a fan zone, before the matches between Malta and Estonia on Thursday and Malta against San Marino on Sunday.
Where is the pre-match family fan zone?
The pre-match family fan zone will take place in front of the Centenary Stadum in Ta’ Qali, close to the Malta FA Training Grounds.. The area will be adorned by red and white flags, together with gazebos, and umbrellas for the shade. Benches and chairs will also be provided. Before the stadium opens its doors, fans will be able to gather with the South End core at a meeting point which is in front of the Centenary Stadium, which will operate until the game begins.
What time will the family fan zone open?
Fans can gather at the family fan zone as from 5.00pm up to 8.30pm. Stadium doors will open at 7.15pm
What can I do at the family fan zone?
The family fan zone will provide supporters with entertainment including music by guest DJs and the South End Core Band. There will be animators, face painting and crafts for kids together with food, and drink including pop corn, candy floss and ice cream. There will be also toilet facilities for fans.
Lots of prizes can be won for those attending. Prizes include signed footballs, Malta FA Museum tickets, a signed Malta jersey by the winner’s favourite player, tickets for the next home game of the Maltese National team and vouchers redeemable at the Malta FA Merchandising shop.
Who will be the legends present on site?
There will also be the opportunity to meet ex-National team legends, whereas one can take photos and have thier autographs.
On Thursday 9th June, Haley Bugeja, Gilbert Agius, Ivan Woods, and Joe Brincat will be present.
On Sunday 12th June, David Carabott, Gareth Sciberras, Andrew Hogg and Justin Haber will be present.
