National League Draws carried out on Monday

The National League draws were held on Monday where the first matchday and the sequence of fixtures for all clubs were established for the respective divisions.

The BOV Premier League, reverting to a 14-team championship this season, will commence during the weekend of August 19th, 20th, and 21st.

The league will immediately start with a high-profile fixture between reigning Champions Hibernians FC and Valletta FC.

The Women’s League, back with eight teams, in its Match Day 1 sees Champions Birkirkara face Swieqi United, newcomers Gudja United lock horns with Raiders Lija, San Ġwann face Mġarr Utd, whereas returning club Hibernians play against Mtarfa.

The Women’s League is scheduled to start on Tuesday 20th September.

The BOV Challenge League this season comprises 18 teams playing on a single round robin. They will then be split into the top 6 playing a double round robin between them and the remaining 12 playing a single round robin.

The BOV Challenge League is scheduled to start on Friday 26th August, with the full program reading as follows:

The National Amateur League, split in two groups, will also commence on Friday 26th August.
