Malta FA launches new UEFA Futsal B Diploma Course

The Malta FA Technical Centre will this season offer its first ever UEFA Futsal B Diploma Course. The course will start in November 2024 and finish in April/May 2025.

This course is intended to upgrade, certify and license the coaches who are working in local futsal clubs and thus helping in the development of the Maltese futsal culture. This course will be done in very close collaboration with UEFA and FIFA through the guidance of Mr Benny Meurs.

The tentative dates of the course are the following:

• 20-23 November 2024
• 19-22 December 2024
• 06-09 February 2025
• 13-16 March 2025
• 24-27 April 2025

The course will be spread around 5 modules over 6 months with theoretical, practical and coaching experiences.

Applications are being accepted only through our Learn MFA website or directly this online form - https://forms.office.com/e/MnJBudnXE4 and should reach the Malta FA Technical Centre by Monday 30th September 2024.

To be eligible for the course, applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Futsal National C license:
• MFA Futsal Level 1 certification
• FIFA Futsal course completion
• UEFA B (core) Diploma or higher
• A minimum of 5 seasons playing futsal in local leagues or recognised international leagues
