Recently a group of Maltese coaches and football administrators attended a UEFA Study Group in Cyprus. This was a very useful activity which gave the Maltese contingent the opportunity to meet their counterparts from Bulgaria and Bosnia Herzegovina, besides those from the host country.   Several topics were on the agenda and discussed in both a formal and informal way which also extended to lunch and dinner time. It was pleasant to feel a sense of casualness when sharing ideas and suggesting new ones. This was also an opportunity for study groups to operate through workshops where more synergy could be disseminated. The Maltese participants expressed their gratitude to the Cyprus FA, especially to Sawas Costantinou, for taking good care of them and were certain that the relationship created between both associations will continue in the future for the good of football. Hopes were also expressed for more study groups to meet in the future. UEFA was also thanked for giving our group this invaluable sharing experience
