Malta’s Women’s Team Engaged in World Cup Mini-Tournament

The Group A programme of the FIFA WOWC 2015 Mini-Tournament kicks off at 16.00 hrs on Thursday 4th April at the Centenary Stadium with the match between Albania and Malta followed by that between Luxembourg and Latvia at 18.30 hrs.   The quadrangular tournament to be played between the 4th and 9th April, is expected to be interesting, with all the four teams offering a challenge to proceed further in the competition. Malta, buoyed by their recent satisfactory performances and results, will be looking towards a successful stint in their bid to underpin the progress they made. A handsome crowd is expected at the Centenary Stadium to provide our team with enthusiastic backing.
