MFA OFFICIALS AND MALTA TEAM PLAYERS MEET PRIME MINISTER IN CASTILLE

MFA president, Norman Darmanin Demajo, CEO Bjorn Vassallo, besides other officials of the association, had a very cordial meeting with the Prime Minister, Dr Joseph Muscat, at Castille this morning.   Maltateam players and coach Pietro Ghedin were also present. This was a courtesy visit and was also prior to tomorrow’s World Cup qualifier against Italy at Ta’ Qali National Stadium Team captain Michael Mifsud introduced the players to Dr Muscat, while the MFA president presented the Prime Minister with a Givova football bearing the signature of the players.
