The Executive Board is convening today on Tuesday, 8th February 2022.   The first part of the Executive Meeting starts with reporting which this time round includes calendar of events since last Executive Meeting and reporting from the UEFA Top Executive Programme meeting.  The latter included outlook on future UEFA calendar and possibility of expanding of the EURO final tournament.   Further reporting included the distribution of UEFA Solidarity Payments. Matters for discussion Integrity Matters- Reputational Risk Management Policy: The Malta FA is working on how to deal with any members in clubs that would be facing criminal charges.- Integrity matters including the Red Button App which will be followed by an MoU which is expected to be signed in the coming weeks between the Malta FA, The MFPA and the Police Department.- ExBo Members' Responsibility National Football CentreA presentation on the timeline of events of the Project Procurement so far was made to the Executive Board.  Replacement of PitchesA presentation on the project procurement of the replacement of pitches spreading over 5 pitches; i.e. the syntetic pitches of Mellieħa, Mqabba, St Patricks, Melita and Fgura.  This follows an agreement that was signed in June of last year with the Malta Government, that covers the expenses of the replacement of Syntetic Football Pitches. Refereeing Matters A presentation on the concept of Video Assisted Refereeing(VAR) has been delivered to assess the feasibility of a possible future implementation. This includes both technical equipment as well as human resources needed to use this technology.  The same was done in relation to Goal Line Technology, its operation and costs.
