Malta FA Statement – COVID-19

Bjorn Vassallo, the President of the Malta Football Association, has tested positive for COVID-19. Vassallo, who has mild symptoms, has immediately placed himself into self-isolation and is following the medical guidance in accordance with the recommendations of the Public Health. All persons who have come into contact with Vassallo over the past 48 hours have been duly informed and advised to take the necessary steps. The Malta FA wishes President Vassallo a speedy recovery.
