Malta U-14s in Holland for international tournament

The Malta FA Academy squad (Under-14 – born 2005) on Thursday travelled to the Netherlands ahead of their participation in the Vogido Under-14 Tournament, kicking off on Friday.  Teams from Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark and Japan are taking part in this tournament, being played in the Dutch town of Enschede. The Maltese side, led by coach Paul Gatt who is assisted by Mark Gatt, are in Group B along with FC Basel, FC Nordsjaelland, Hamburg SV, FC Twente and De Graafschap. Swiss side FC Basel are the first opponents for the Maltese Under-14 team on Friday evening.
