13 – Number 13 has brought good fortune to Qormi as they overcame Pietà Hotspurs (2-0) after 12 consecutive defeats. It was also the first time they kept a clean sheet. The first one dates back to 23rd October, 1983 against St Patrick (1-0). 200 – Gżira United winger Myles Beerman was the 200th substitute at the National Stadium in their 1-1 draw against Sliema Wanderers. Beerman replaced Sacha Borg at the start of the second half. 300 – Balzan’s 2-1 defeat against Senglea Athletic was Justin Grioli’s 300th match in the top flight. He made his debut on 16th September, 2005, during Valletta’s 3-1 loss against Sliema Wanderers. He also played for Tarxien Rainbows. 500 – Birkirkara defender Cain Attard was shown the 500th yellow card of the season during their 2-0 defeat to Valletta. 700 – Ħamrun Spartans’ 3-0 victory against St Andrew’s was their 700th game in the top flight. They made their top-division debut on 3rd December, 1911, in the 2-0 defeat against Floriana at the Athletic Ground..... 107 years, 1 month and 30 days ago. 700 – Hibernians’ 1-0 win over Floriana was their 700th in the top flight. Their first victory was registered on 28th January, 1933, against Sliema Rangers (3-1). 750 – Valletta’s 2-0 victory over Birkirkara was their 750th game at the National Stadium and their 446th win. 1,400 – Floriana’s Brazilian defender Emerson Marcelina has played 1,400 minutes in 16 matches. He played 14 full matches (1,260 minutes) and was substituted in the other two (140 minutes).
