Birkirkara will be aiming to make it four wins in a row when they face Raiders (Luxol) in the BOV Women’s League at the Mġarr Ground on Tuesday (kick-off: 8.15pm).  The defending champions are the sole leaders of the senior’s women's league after Mġarr United lost to Hibernians last week. Led by coach Melania Bajada, Birkirkara have enjoyed a great start to their league campaign, scoring nine goals in three games and conceding none. Last Wednesday, Birkirkara broke little sweat in a 5-0 defeat of Mosta with new signing Ylenia Carabott opening her account for the club this season.  The Stripes are likely to face a stern test this evening as Raiders are still unbeaten. Johann Scicluna’s team drew 0-0 with Swieqi United last weekend, a week after holding Hibernians to a 2-2 draw.  Raiders’ league goals have been scored by Leanne Micallef, Becky Naudi and Michela Bonello Ghio, all attacking-minded players who will be striving to lead their side to another positive outcome.   SWIEQI TEST FOR GREENS Second-placed Mġarr will be aiming to bounce back after last week's defeat against Hibernians. They face Swieqi United at the Żebbuġ Ground, tomorrow.  The Greens, who opened their campaign with identical 6-0 victories, must have been very frustrated after coming from two goals down to draw 2-2 only to concede a third 12 minutes from the end. On the other hand, the Oranges, with four points from their opening three matches, will be looking to cause an upset against a potential title challenger. Hibernians, boosted by their first win of the season, start as favourites to make it two wins in a row as they meet Fgura United who are still searching for their first points after three outings. Brazilian player Vitoria Macedo scored her first goal for the Paolites, under the guidance of Neil Zarb Cousin, in last week’s hard-earned win over Mġarr. Hibernians need a win to keep Birkirkara in sight as the champions are already five points ahead of them.  Elsewhere, Mosta (3 points) and Kirkop United (4 points) face each other in an interesting match between two of the youngest teams in this year's Women's League. PROGRAMME PLAYING TODAY (TUESDAY) – 8.15pmMosta vs Kirkop – Mosta GroundBirkirkara vs Raiders (Luxol) – Mġarr Ground TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY) – 8.15pmHibernians vs Fgura United – Mġarr GroundSwieqi United vs Mġarr United – Żebbuġ Ground
