Gudja United-Sta Lucia title decider moved to Sunday

The BOV Second Division championship decider between Gudja United and Santa Lucia will be played on Sunday at the Luxol Stadium at 15:00. Gudja United and Sta Lucia have finished level on 46 points after Saturday's final-day matches. A 1-0 defeat to Fgura United prevented Gudja from winning the title outright while Santa Lucia, who have also been promoted, were held to a 0-0 draw by Siġġiewi. In the meantime, the relegation-promotion play-off between St George's, third from bottom in the Second Division and Xgġajra Tornadoes, who finished third in the Third Division championship, will take place on Sunday at the Luxol Stadium.
