During  a meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee in Prague on 29 June, four Maltese MFA officials have been approved to form part of the UEFA Disciplinary Organs, Committees and Panels for the next four years starting from 15 June 2015 and ending on 30 June 2019. President Norman Darmanin Demajo has been elevated to 1st vice-president on the Fair Play and Social Responsibilty Committee, secretary Bjorn Vassallo is on the National Team Competitions Committee and vice-president Ludovico Micallef is on the Youth and Amateur Football Committee, all these being rollovers from previous mandates.  Vice-president Chris Bonett, formerly forming part of the Legal Committee, was given more varied responsibilities related to legal matters when he was approved as a new member on the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body. No doubt, these posts have given added responsibility to these four Maltese officials on these UEFA organs, committees and panels. Their expertise in the respective roles is a guarantee of good governance on the UEFA stage.
