This course delves more in depth into youth coaching considering important elements such as child-safeguarding, football philosophy, coaching methodology, basic psychology, and planning fun and interactive football sessions, whilst promoting and healthy, active lifestyle. It builds upon the Grassroots Leaders Certificate content and goes into the details of individual technique training and individual tactics, covering mainly 7 and 9-a-side football.
The UEFA C tackles a very delicate period in the development of the football player (up to 12 years old) and the coach needs to prepare the player through and in the game while considering the four pillars of development thoroughly.
APPLICATIONS FOR THIS COURSE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS, THE APPLICANT HAS PAID THE GRASSROOTS LEADERS LICENCE (GLC/CYF) FOR THAT SEASON.
APPLICATIONS FOR THIS COURSE ARE ALWAYS OPEN. ONCE REGISTERED FOR THE COURSE, CANDIDATES WILL BE PUT IN A WAITING LIST AND THEY WILL BE CALLED FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE COURSE.
