This part includes:

(i) Twenty-two Executive Boxes spread on two Floors. Besides being protected by a canopy, all of these boxes are fully air-conditioned and have protective non-reflective glazing. These are being offered complete with floor tiling, lighting and a kitchenette.It is wortwhile noting that one may reach these boxes directly from the garage by means of lifts or through the central staircase and that each box has private access to 20 or 10 executive seats in the balcony overlooking the pitch.

16 of these boxes are situated on the Third Floor, 4 of which have an area of approximateley 25sq.m. and the other 12 have an area of approximately 20sq.m. These have access to 10 executive seats. There are also 6 boxes on the Fourth Floor with an area of approximately 24sq.m. These have access to 20 executive seats.

(ii) A cafeteria is situated at First Floor having an area of about 82sq.m. which is accessible either directly from the garage underneath or from any other level by means of these lifts and two staircases. Adjacent to the Cafeteria, there is space for a storage area, private functions, toilets and an open space of about 760sq.m. overlooking the internal heated swimming pool and the squash courts. Besides, one may enjoy an exquisite view of the Eastern part of Malta.

(iii) A bar at Second Floor Level provided with a space for private functions and a storage area. It is complete with public toilets and is adjacent to an open space having an area of approximately 650sq.m Complete with a balcony, from which one may enjoy an exquisite view of the north and eastern parts of Malta, this area may be easily reached either directly from the garage or from any other level. It is interesting to note that the M.F.A.intends to house its own Museum and to install a retail shop for football memorabilia at this level.

(iv) A bar at Third Floor level complete with a storage area and toilet facilities and incorporating an open space having an area of about 30sq.m. From this level, one may enjoy a panoramic view of both the western side (the pitch and Mdina) and the Eastern side of Malta, whilst access is readily available either directly from the garage or from any other level by means of staircases or lifts.
