The Malta Football Association

The Malta Football Association is a private organisation of an associative nature and is constituted of clubs playing association football in accordance with the Laws of the Game as promulgated by the International Football Association Board, and of associations which are formed of clubs and/or teams playing association football in accordance with the Laws of the Game as promulgated by the International Football Association Board, and both of which conduct their affairs in accordance with the relevant provisions of its Statute and with those other relevant rules, bye-laws and regulations which the Council of the Malta F.A. may approve from time to time, as well as in accordance with the relevant rules, bye-laws and regulations of those international football associations or federations of which the Malta Football Association may be a member as well as in accordance with the directives and decisions of the competent authorities of the Malta F.A. and of those international football associations and federations of which the Malta Football Association may be a member.
